The 2025 Trois-Rivières International Poetry Festival (Festival international de la poésie de Trois-Rivières 2025) is an annual literary event in the Mauricie region of Quebec. It will be held in downtown Trois-Rivières and surrounding venues from October 3 to 12. As one of the most influential poetry festivals in the French-speaking world, the 10-day event invites poets from Quebec, Canada and the world to integrate poetry into the city's public space through a variety of forms such as readings, music poetry sessions, and film and poetry combination (Ciné-poésie), from cultural venues to street benches, conveying literary enthusiasm day and night. For the first time, the 2025 Poetry Festival will be held at the Delta Hotels Trois-Rivières Conference Centre, which is located in the heart of the city center, adjacent to the St. Lawrence River, providing modern conference facilities and riverside views, creating an immersive experience where poets and audiences meet for inspiration. The Poetry Festival is not only a stage for the display of literary creation, but also a celebration of the diversity of French culture. It connects the community through poetry and inspires the public to resonate with the art of language.
