The 19th Thailand Retail, Food & Hospitality Services Expo (TRAFS Thailand Retail, Food & Hospitality Services 2025) will be held at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (BITEC) from July 24 to 27 this year. As the most influential annual industry event in Thailand and even in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam (CLMV), this exhibition is hosted by Kavin Intertrade Co., Ltd. and is expected to attract more than 400 exhibitors with an exhibition area of more than 20,000 square meters, covering all categories of new products such as food and beverages, kitchen refrigeration equipment, coffee utensils, baking ingredients and packaging, ice cream and tea accessories, hotel room supplies, cleaning and washing solutions, tableware and kitchen utensils.

Focus on local and international innovation in Thailand

TRAFS 2025 has set up a special "Thailand Special Zone" to focus on promoting geographical indication (GI) products, local spices and sustainable packaging technologies, helping Thai SMEs to connect with the global market. At the same time, international brands from Germany, Italy, Japan and China will launch smart kitchen robots, energy-saving combined refrigeration systems, plant-based ice cream ingredients and zero-plastic disposable products for the first time, providing green upgrade solutions for hotels and catering companies.

Four major themed concurrent events

1. Trend Forum: Invite Michelin chefs, chain restaurant groups and food technology start-ups to interpret "Asian Flavor Trends in 2025" and "Application of AI in Kitchen Management".

2. Master Class: Live demonstration of boutique coffee latte art, handmade chocolate tempering and molecular cooking techniques.

3. Business Matching: Arrange one-on-one negotiations between suppliers and hotel groups, supermarkets and e-commerce platforms through the online reservation system.

4. Sustainable Development Roundtable: Discuss the implementation of circular economy in the catering industry and release the "Zero Waste Restaurant" certification standard.

It is expected that 25,000 professional visitors from the fields of hotel, chain restaurant, food retail, technical services and investment will attend. BITEC is located next to the Bangkok Metro BTS Bang Na Station. It only takes 30 minutes to take the Airport Express to the exhibition hall. It is equipped with 2,000 parking spaces to facilitate local and overseas buyers to visit the exhibition efficiently.

Kavin Wong, General Manager of Kavin Intertrade, said: "TRAFS is not only a display platform, but also a catalyst to promote the intelligent and green development of Thailand's catering and hotel industry. We look forward to working with global partners to tap the unlimited potential of the Southeast Asian market."

The registration channel for the exhibition is now open. Professional visitors can log in to the official website to apply for a badge for free and enter the venue with their business cards.
