From May 24 to 29, 2025, the Salon de l'Agriculture Nouvelle-Aquitaine will be held in Bordeaux Exhibition Park for six days. As the most important regional agricultural exhibition in western France, the exhibition is carefully organized by BEAM - Bordeaux Event Planning Company in close cooperation with the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Agricultural Chambers Network.

This exhibition goes far beyond the scope of traditional product exhibitions and presents visitors with a unique platform to fully demonstrate the diversity and innovation of the region's agriculture, attracting a wide range of participation from industry professionals and the general public.

The core themes of the exhibition cover areas such as animal husbandry, food, sustainable agriculture, environmental protection and energy. Special attention is paid to educational projects and the promotion of young talents in the agricultural field. Over 10,000 square metres of exhibition area, visitors can experience over 400 cattle, 300 horses and 100 sheep on display – including breed competitions, wool shearing demonstrations and sheepdog shows. The show vividly combines agricultural practice with in-depth knowledge exchange, providing valuable learning and networking opportunities for farmers, breeders, students and anyone interested in the future of agriculture.

A highlight of the show is the "Producers' Market", where local producers showcase their specialties. The gourmet offerings range from cheese, ham and duck products to oysters, honey, wine and Armagnac. The gastronomic enjoyment is further enhanced by live cooking shows, tasting experiences by renowned regional chefs and the "Wine Counter", a tasting area for selected award-winning wines. This creates a flavorful connection between agriculture and regional specialities – deeply rooted in the culture of New Aquitaine.

Special themed areas such as Aquitaine Livestock (cattle farming), Sheep Days (sheep farming) and Aquitaine Horse (horse farming and equestrian sports) showcase expertise in various fields in an interesting and practical way. In addition to product and animal presentations, these areas focus on career paths and training opportunities - aimed at inspiring young people to join the agricultural industry.

Most exhibitors come from the fields of agriculture, food processing, winemaking, livestock farming, environmental technology and renewable energy. The audience is equally diverse, including farmers, winemakers, gastronomy professionals, trainees, families and tourists, all of whom can find relevant content and fascinating activities at the show.

The exhibition venue - the modern Bordeaux Exhibition Park, is conveniently accessible and can be easily reached by car or public transportation. Bordeaux, close to the city center, provides the perfect setting for this exhibition that combines agriculture with quality of life, innovation with tradition, regional characteristics and international appeal.

The Bordeaux New Aquitaine Agricultural Exhibition is not only a grand event for industry exchanges, but also an important window to show the charm of agriculture to the public, playing an active role in promoting the development and innovation of regional agriculture.
